Metal expansion joints working on a water transmission line in Bahrain

As we announced in February, Bikar Expansion Joints was in charge of a project in Bahrain for one of the most important Water and Energy clients in the country, consisting of metal expansion joints with the following characteristics:

BM-UN-TI DN1000 (24 bar design pressure)
BM-UN-TI DN1200 (24 bar design pressure)

We share in this publication the photographs provided by our client. In this way, Bikar Expansion Joints maintains its leading position in the #design, manufacturing and testing of custom expansion joints for the water transmission line sector, where technical specifications and demands are increasingly higher.

This water conduction, as is usual in the country, belongs to and has been designed under the requirements and specifications of EWA- Electricity and Water authority, under the watchful eye and supervision of MOTT-Mcdonald Ltd., who acts as its usual consultant.

Bikar collaborates with Euskalit in the spread of the European Week of Advanced Management

Bikar Expansion Joints collaborates with Euskalit in the spread of the European Week of Advanced Management. Our collaborators, called “Astezaleak”, have the mission of promoting these sessions, making visible their link and positioning with the topics discussed in the Week.

The European Week of Advanced Management is a meeting place that brings together promotion and dissemination events for the exchange of good practices and experiences on Advanced Management, which is held annually between October and November in the European Community.

Euskalit. Kudeaketa Aurreratua-Gestión Avanzada coordinates this event in the Basque Country, with an average of 40 events each year, in whose organization around 50 entities participate, attended by around 2,500 people.

It will take place from October 14 to 25, 2024, under the motto “Sustainability and Talent to Compete”, within which a Congress will be held on October 16 and 17 at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao.

Two large thematic blocks have been chosen, which reflect current trends in the world of management:

1) Sustainable competitiveness and management: innovation and technology, evolutions or anticipations of business models, environmental sustainability, circular economy, ethics in management…

2) Care and loyalty of people: co-responsibility, talent management…
