BIKAR JUNTAS Y COMPENSADORES S.L AWARDED AN EXPANSION JOINTS SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR THE OUARZAZATE SOLAR POWER PLANT (160MW), IN MOROCCO.

Bikar has been awarded an expansion joints supply contract by the engineering contractors for the Solar IPP Plant located in Ouarzazate, 200kms to the south of Marrakech.

It is planned to be ready for the second half of 2015.

The power plant is owned by ACWA Power Ouarzazate. The Solar IPP Plant is designed and will be constructed to comply with all applicable environmental laws, guidelines, regulations and standards as per World Bank, IFC and Moroccan Ministry of Energy, Mines, Water and environment. (MEMEE)

BIKAR JUNTAS Y COMPENSADORES S.L AWARDED NEW EXPANSION JOINTS SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR THE EL HALASSA WASH PLANT PROJECT, IN MOROCCO.

The project consists of the new wash plant construction in order to attend to El Halassa Green Mine needs. Mainly treating the phosphate rocks extracted from the mentioned mine, located at Khouribga province.

Bikar maintains its good relationship with the OCP, the owner of this Wash Plant. The OCP is the most important company of Morocco, and the first worldwide phosphate exporter.

BIKAR EXPANSION JOINTS WILL BE SUPPLIED FOR THE SIDDHIRGAN CCPP PROJECT (340MW), IN BANGLADESH.

The Siddhirgan power plant is in one of the Bangladesh´s key industrial hubs located 20 km from the capital, Dacca.

Bangladesh due to its high population density is considered one of the countries with the highest energy demand around the world. Therefore the government of the country together with international institutions is carrying out an energetic plan which aims to provide energy to the entire country by 2020.
