NEW SUPPLY OF CUSTOMIZED RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS FOR IWPP in KSA

We have successfully manufactured in record time a repeated set of customized expansion joints for an Integrated water and power plant located in Saudi Arabia.

In this case, we have followed the same solution given to client 2 & 5 years ago after site visit proceed by our technical team. During that visit, Bikar team detected some problems faced by site team, in that way we will try to provide an Ad-Hoc solution in order to delete such issues.

The challenge of this supply has been the requested design and great movement to be support by the rubber EJs and the short period of time available to manufacture them due to the existing urgencies due to the imminent date of the plant shutdown.

As always, the expansion joints were designed as per FSA Standards (Fluid Sealing Association). The name of this model of expansion joint is BF-PPS and you can find complete information about this customized solution here.

CUSTOMIZED PACKING FOR CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS

Due to our regular business, focused on abroad markets, we do consider to use the proper packing as a must.

As we do with our expansion joints, we also design the packing with the same level of technical detail in order to ensure the correct delivery of the material to agreed location.

At this moment, Bikar is producing expansion and dismantling joints towards the 5 continents, so complying with the packing International Standards is a regular requirement for our team members.

Depending on the project, the material is sent by Air, by Sea or by Road, so we will be adapting the wooden boxes to the chosen transport.
