NEW EXPANSION JOINTS SUPPLY AGREEMENT FOR THE COMBINED CYCLE POWER PLANT EXTENSION IN KUWAIT

Bikar makes official a new agreement for the design and supply of expansion joints package. The order will supply for the new phase of the combined cycle power plant is being built in Kuwait.

This is the forth agreement between Bikar and the company in charge of the design and construction of this power complex. In this case, the scope will be metal and rubber expansion joints up to DN2200.

Bikar strengthens/ reinforces its presence in the Middle East market with one of the biggest projects in Kuwait.

Bikar is designing, manufacturing and supplying rubber expansion joint packages for one of the newest desalination plant in the Kingdom

The 250.000m3/d RO plant will supply potable water to Saline Water Conversion (SWCC), which aims to increase the desalination capacity in the country by over 43% (5,1 m3/d today, to 7,3 million m3/d by 2020).
