Set of multiple wave expansion joints for Chemical plant in Asia

Bikar already delivered an important package of rubber expansion joints to be installed in one of the newest chemical plant in Asia.

The most challenging aspect of this solution was to support the existing movements in the line. That is the reason why we had to design and produce expansion joints with more than one convolution.

Rubber expansion joint BF-PPS (1, 2 3 and 4 waves design)
Bellows materials: EPDM + Reinforcement fabric
Size: DN 300 – DN2250

Imminent supply of a set of rubber expansion joints for petrochemical plant in Asia

It is a package of custom designed and manufactured rubber expansion joints, under the parameters required by the client. The design, as we usually do for this type of demanding industry, has been evaluated and prepared in continuous collaboration with our client.

The contract includes, as usual, the design, manufacture, testing and shipment of the material to the port of destination. Supply details:

According to the FSA (Fluid Sealing Association) Non-Metallic Expansion Joints Division.
Size: DN350 – DN1100
Pressure: Up to 15bar
Type of rubber: Different rubbers used depending on the fluid

The expansion joints, after passing an inspection by the client, are now ready to be packed and shipped to their destination.
