NEW SUPPLY OF CUSTOM-MADE RUBBER EXPANSION JOINTS FOR MINING INDUSTRY IN SOUTH AMERICA
We will imminently proceed from Bikar to send this order of rubber expansion joints for a mining plant located in South America. As experts in custom manufacturing, we have designed and manufactured this order taking care of every detail and fulfilling all the requirements of our customer.
The rubber expansion joints that make up this supply are type BF-PPS and range from 250mm to 1600mm in diameter. They are specially designed to support and conduct fluids rich in solid materials. Due to the particularities of the fluid and its velocity, they require the use of an internal metal sleeve to protect the inner part of the rubber body, thus extending the life of the joints.
It is a totally innovative product, with more than 15 years of research in the improvement of its design and manufacturing processes. Among its characteristics are its great elasticity and its movement absorption, which make it capable of offering the minimum activation forces.
